This SEEN-McCormack Graduate Fellowship pre-application form does not constitute an application for admission into the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Nor will submission of this form make you eligible for admission into the Isenberg School of Management. In order to apply for admission into the MS or MBA/MS in Sport Management program at UMass Amherst, following completion of this SEEN-McCormack Graduate Fellowship pre-application you must complete the general UMass Graduate School Application and follow the regular UMass Graduate School admissions process.

The admission process is handled directly between the applicant and the McCormack Department of Sport Management at UMass Amherst. SEEN plays no role in determining an applicant’s admission into the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, nor does SEEN make any guarantee of admission for anyone submitting this form. 

By submitting this SEEN-McCormack Graduate Fellowship pre-application form, you are giving SEEN permission to share with UMass Amherst all of the information you have provided.
